  • Assist in managing daily restaurant operations.
  • Oversee staff training and development.
  • Ensure excellent customer service.
  • Monitor inventory and order supplies.
  • Support budgeting and financial management.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
  • Participate in marketing and promotional activities.

Requisito

  • Location: Kuwait (w/ Passport)
  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Experience Level: 5-10 years in restaurant management or operations.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in restaurant operations, inventory management, safety and health compliance, MS Office, POS systems, and cash handling.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership skills, effective communication, customer service-oriented, detail-oriented.
