1.To assist the Outlet Manager in managing the assigned outlet as a successful independent profit center.

2. Ensure service quality through timely food delivery and great guest experience. 3. Supervises the daily operations and ensure that all service procedures and cost control policy are followed.

4. Ensuring the FOH and BOH of the outlet are well maintained with highest level of cleanliness and tidiness.

5. Conduct daily briefing and update on reservations, upcoming events and special promotion items. 

• Minimum 5 years work experience as Outlet Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Excellent knowledge in Malaysian cuisines and beverages.
• Well presentable, excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
