Descrição:
- Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service.
- Operating POS system, managing financial transactions, and balancing drawers.
- Achieving established goals.
- Work with customers to determine their needs and then recommend the right product to solve the customer’s problem
- Increasing in store sales.
- Superior product knowledge.
- Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor.
- Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.
- Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts
Requisito
- Bachelor’s Degree in any course or at least 2 years in College.
- 1-2 years overall experience in Sales or Retail.
- Experience in achieving sales goals or quota.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional appearance
