Position Title: Retail Sales Executive for Cebu

Location: Tagaytay, Alfonso, Ternate, Maragondon, Magallanes, Cavite City, Dasma, Bacoor, Silang, Mendez, Naic, Tanza, Rosario, Kawit, Noveleta

Setup: Onsite | Shifting Schedule

Work Deployment: Malls, Supermarkets, Airport, or Casino

Project: E-Cigarettes (Philip Morris)

Qualifications:

• College graduate or have finished 2 years in college.
• With a sales or retail sales background.
• Confident and charismatic personality.
• Average English communication skills
• Willing to work on shifting schedules and in malls

Responsibilities:

• Welcome consumers in-store, understand their needs, offer guidance, and assist with the discovery of electronic cigarettes.
• Educate adults who would otherwise continue to smoke or use other nicotine products about the e-cigarette product and conduct guided trials.
• Perform seamless purchase transactions, including customization, database registration, and after-sales services.
• Provide exceptional customer service by executing product diagnosis, handling returns, and processing replacements in line with the company’s consumer-centric principles.
