- Engage and assist customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.
- Maintain product displays and inventory levels.
- Provide product recommendations based on customer needs.
- Resolve customer issues and inquiries promptly.
- Support daily store operations and team goals.
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: No experience required; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, strong work ethic, marketing, services, merchandising, inventory management, and sales management.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers, manage inventory, support sales goals, and provide after-sales service.
- Working Conditions: Retail environment, with flexible hours including weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Energetic, approachable, team player with strong public speaking abilities.
