Position Title: Retail Sales Associate for Cavite

Location: Laguna Areas

Areas of Deployment: Malls, Supermarkets, Airport, or Casino

Setup: Onsite

Schedule: Rotational Schedule | Shifting (has work during weekends & holidays)

Product to Sell: E-Cigarettes (Philip Morris)

Salary: PHP 23,000

Qualifications:

• College graduate or at least 2 years in college.
• With a sales or retail sales background.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply,  if you have average English communication skills and the confidence to sell!
• Confident and charismatic personality.
• English conversational skills
• Work experience in customer service is required.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome consumers in-store, understand their needs, offer guidance, and assist with the discovery of electronic cigarettes.
• Educate adults who would otherwise continue to smoke or use other nicotine products about the e-cigarette product and conduct guided trials.
• Perform seamless purchase transactions, including customization, database registration, and after-sales services.
• Provide exceptional customer service by executing product diagnosis, handling returns, and processing replacements in line with the company’s consumer-centric principles.
