- Assist customers with their purchases and provide exceptional service.
- Maintain product knowledge to answer questions and make recommendations.
- Process transactions efficiently at the cash register.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and well-stocked.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of retail experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, merchandising, and inventory management skills; adept in sales training and management; capability in customer management.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment; may require standing for prolonged periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, approachable, and proactive with a passion for customer service.
