About the role



Opulence Design Concept, Inc. is seeking dynamic and customer-oriented Retail Sales Merchandisers to join our team in Metro Manila. As a Retail Sales Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our clients. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within our company.

What you'll be doing

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers, answering inquiries, and ensuring their needs are met
• Maintain the visual appeal and organisation of our retail displays to create an inviting and engaging shopping environment
• Restock and replenish merchandise as needed, ensuring products are always available and well-presented
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and capitalise on sales opportunities
• Contribute to the implementation of seasonal or promotional campaigns
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, and maintain a positive and professional demeanour at all times

What we're looking for

• High school diploma or equivalent, with a passion for retail and customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and helpful manner
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for visual merchandising
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred, but not essential
