- Serves as the primary lead in the conduct of simple disciplinary investigations related to Marketing/Sales Personnel.
- Serves as the central point of contact & shall manage both internal & external (including relationship with other Sun Life Entities) stakeholders on matters arising from Sales Personnel misconduct.
- Preparation & Reporting on the Overall State of Sales Personnel Complaints & Misconduct
- Operational risk testing and assists in the periodic reporting to the different stakeholders, such as the Management Committee and the Risk Oversight Committee
Requirements
- Risk management of financial institutions, particularly on banking and trust operations or asset management
- Basic economic analysis
- Excel
