Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms, respond to guest requests, and ensure high service standards.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and common areas.
Change linens, dust furniture, and restock supplies as needed.
Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report to management.
Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest requests.
Follow safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
Work collaboratively with housekeeping team to maintain efficiency.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
Experience Level: Less than 1 year of related experience is preferred.
Skills and Competencies: Strong Customer Relationship Management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept in customer service.
Working Conditions: Physically demanding environment with some exposure to cleaning chemicals.
Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, reliable, and team player with a positive attitude.
