- Responsible for sanitation and cleanliness of guest rooms, hallways, service areas.
- Accountable in proper handling of housekeeping cart and cleaning equipment (vacuum, carpet sweeper, etc.)
- Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and hallways according to hotel standards.
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest supplies.
- Dust furniture, vacuum floors, and ensure rooms are sanitized.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost and found items to the supervisor.
- Follow proper procedures for handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Ensure rooms are set up for new guest arrivals in a timely manner.
- Provide courteous and professional service when interacting with guests.
- Maintain cleaning carts and supplies, ensuring they are well-stocked.
- Comply with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
