Descrição:

  • Perform cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and common areas.
  • Change linens and replenish amenities as needed.
  • Ensure cleanliness and adherence to safety standards.
  • Report maintenance issues to management promptly.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest requests.
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma is required.
  • Experience Level: No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong service orientation, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Working Conditions: Physically demanding role, working in a fast-paced environment, requires flexibility in hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic are essential.
