Descrição:

  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Expediting requests rush orders and changing sales orders and shipping information as required
  • Answering client questions regarding their account or sales products when Account Executives are on field.
  • Respond to inquiries, complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
  • Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events. Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material/sample/swatch.
  • Maintaining supplies of sales presentation materials, including slides and brochures.
  • Maintaining an accessible and organized filing system for Account Executives and Branch Sales Head.
  • Handling all administrative duties for the sales department or team, including scheduling client meetings, showroom visits, etc.
  • Working with staff members from other departments such as Marketing, Warehouse/Logistics/Fabrication, Systems/IT and Finance to optimize sales.
  • Other functions / tasks may be delegated by the Department Head from time to time.


Requisito

  • Bachelor’s degree Business Administration, or any relevant field. Certification in Sales or Marketing will be an asset.
  • Proven experience in Sales, experience as a Sales Coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.
  • Computer literacy – in addition to data entry and typing, a Sales Coordinator needs to have basic knowledge of MS Office, basic spreadsheet and word processing software. 
  • Communication skills – clear communication, both written and oral, and ability to explain concepts in simple terms to work through problems and accurately describe products.
  • Time management and organization – use a variety of organization methods, including calendar management to handle multiple projects at one time and completing tasks efficiently and quickly. 
  • Team player with a high level of dedication.
  • Customer service – should have strong professional conversation etiquette, especially in person and over the phone when interacting with company representatives, clients and customers.
