Descrição:

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Manager/ Executive Freight Forwarding to join our team.
  • To achieve sales plan objectives with assigned SME client portfolio, drives growth through acquiring country new business and achieving targets by effectively selling the company's products (Air, Sea, and Brokerage). Drive and manage the quality, performance, and service delivery of all assigned country accounts. Identify and support opportunities to grow business by acquiring new customers, lanes, and products. Driving continuous improvement and optimization to retain business. Customer relationship management. The ideal candidate has a strong background in freight forwarding, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully developing and implementing business strategies.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Develop strong professional relationships selling international freight forwarding, courier, and customs brokerage services through prospecting new and current business opportunities.
  • Form a customer base by establishing communication with prospective clients, understanding the logistics needs, and preparing proposals to meet client requirements
  • Meet the monthly target.
  • Maintain consistent communication with customers to generate additional business.
  • Understand customer needs, and negotiate rate with customers and service providers.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency.
  • Perform other tasks assign by the Management.

Requisito

  • 3-5 years as Sales Account Manager/Executive in Freight Forwarding.
  • Graduate of Business courses, preferably a bachelor of customs administration is an advantage.
  • Knowledgeable in INCOTERMS
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with proven track records
  • Excellent Selling and negotiation skills.
  • Can plan, develop, and execute sales strategies
  • Has current customer accounts.
  • Willing to work in Kapitolyo Pasig.
