  • Sales Management: Qualify leads, present solutions, and close deals to meet sales targets. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed targets.​
  • Client Relationships: Build and nurture relationships, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities. Serve as a main point of contact for clients ensuring ongoing engagement and satisfaction. Identify Up sell and Cross sell opportunities.​
  • Collaboration: Work with technical, marketing, and product teams to align solutions with client needs.​
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales progress, and forecasts in CRM systems.​
  • Marketing Support: Assist in executing marketing campaigns, including lead nurturing and promotional events. Provide feedback from clients to refine marketing strategies and materials.​
  • Bidding and Proposal Management: Research and identify bidding opportunities in government and private sectors.

 

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

  • At least 1 year in sales, account management, or customer service.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Good time management and multitasking abilities.

Personal Traits:

  • Customer-focused and goal-oriented.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.

Other: Willingness to travel or work flexible hours if needed.
