Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Identify, approach, and convert potential customers both in-store and through external channels.
  • Achieve or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall store or regional revenue goals.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to maximize transaction value.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge to provide accurate recommendations and value propositions to customers.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key clients to encourage repeat business and loyalty.


Business Development & Market Expansion

  • Identify potential new markets, clients, or customer segments for growth opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with management on pricing, promotions, and positioning strategies to attract new clients.
  • Attend events, trade shows, or networking opportunities to generate leads and increase brand awareness.


Marketing & Promotional Support

  • Support marketing initiatives by implementing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
  • Provide feedback on marketing effectiveness and customer responses.
  • Suggest and execute local strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive traffic.


Competitor & Market Analysis

  • Monitor competitors’ products, pricing, promotions, and strategies.
  • Conduct regular market research and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Recommend strategies to maintain competitive advantage and optimize revenue potential.


Operational & Team Collaboration

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and competitor insights.
  • Assist in store merchandising and operational tasks as needed.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of business objectives.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance sales, business development, and marketing skills.
