Descrição:

  • This is a full-time Senior Sales Executive role based in Manila, Philippines. The successful applicant will be responsible for implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to identify, pursue and secure new business opportunities to meet and exceed volume, revenue and profitability targets, drive brand awareness and grow the business.


  • He/She will build strong business relationships with customers, understand their needs and match them with our service offerings; collaborate with the internal commercial and cross functional teams to drive lead generation, delivery of services, and strengthen customer acquisition efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing information in our industry and collaborate with cross-functional teams and Trade teams for project studies and business initiatives aligned to our growth objectives.


  • Drive business growth in volume and profitability
  • Hold reasonable number of own accounts, still allowing sufficient time for coaching
  • Cover Import, Export customers; Cross Trades
  • Do regular business developments efforts – increase the number of active accounts being managed
  • Conduct Sales Account planning and performance management
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Review with customers when and where required
  • Conduct regular joint meetings with Customer Service Logistics & Operations
  • Discuss with Trade Management teams on rate requests, proposals and provide timely market information/feedback
  • Work towards achieving/exceeding the overall Agency budget with Sales Team
  • Assist in any other related functions that maybe assigned
  • Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver service commitments and address issues
  • Establish and maintain good quality account information in CRM
  • Actively promote digital products and value-added services to clients.

Requisito

  • Graduate of any business-related course
  • Preferably with at least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in container shipping or freight forwarding or logistics industries, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify key market opportunities.
  • Highly motivated, result-oriented, and resilient.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and experience with CRM tools.
