The Opportunity

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our Malaysia team. This role will be purely focused on selling our range of medication carts to hospitals and healthcare organisations. You will also be required to understand and confidently pitch our pharmacy automation solutions at a high level (training will be provided).

The role will be based in Shah Alam (KL/Selangor) and requires frequent travel to Penang for customer and prospect visits. If you enjoy selling innovative solutions that make a real impact on businesses and people’s lives, this role is for you.


Key Responsibilities

·      Drive sales of Omni-Health’s range of medication carts by identifying and converting new business opportunities in Northern Region of Malaysia (Penang, Kedah/Perlis, Perak).

·      Present and pitch our pharmacy automation solutions at a base level, understanding the customer’s needs and connecting them to our solutions (detailed product training will be provided).

·      Build strong relationships with hospitals and healthcare decision-makers to generate repeat and referral business.

·      Develop sales strategies to achieve and exceed individual sales targets.

·      Manage the entire sales pipeline from prospecting through to closing, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.

·      Conduct regular visits to customers in your assigned territories.

·      Collaborate with various stakeholders and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.

Requisito

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience (technology, automation, industrial, or other solution-based sales preferred, but not essential).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable with travel within Malaysia (weekly/bi-weekly to Penang).
  • A passion for technology, automation, and innovation.
  • A proactive and self-driven personality with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • CRM experience (Salesforce or similar) is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or related fields preferred but not mandatory.


This role will require frequent travel to Penang & may require interstate and international travel at times.
