Must demonstrate the ability to sell and carry on a professional business relationship with contractors and project managers.
Must demonstrate the ability to gather, submit and present in a detailed and systematic way, project information for pricing and come up with solutions to problems being encountered.
A. Sales Functions
Responsible in achieving sales target per month generated from existing and new accounts by promoting products and implementing professional sales techniques.
Conducts sales call and product presentation to customers based on identified needs and specifications. Influences purchase of customers based on specifications instead of price-driven quotation. Presents products and services which can add value to the client’s business through the use of presentation templates or by creating tailor-fit presentations.
Develops sales leads and generates new accounts through but not limited to referrals, telemarketing, customer inquiries, internet, BCI and related subscriptions, and regular face-to-face meetings with customers.
Develops and implements weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual business plan in conjunction with the Business Development Director and the VP-Operations which identifies activities to be undertaken during the fiscal year to ensure achievement of sales target.
Conducts regular account visitation to assigned accounts to follow-up orders and submits required itinerary and sales call report based on daily work schedule.
Takes active involvement with Marketing Department in order processing, pricing and contract management. Implements company promotion plans in his assigned accounts.
Assists superiors in determining product pricing based on costing prepared by the Plant and prepares quotation accordingly. Researches competitor’s price and communicates to Vice President-Operations for disposition and price adjustment, if there’s any. Negotiates price with customers.
Coordinates with Sales Department to achieve customer satisfaction and revenue generation by monitoring stock availability and delivery of products based on Purchase Orders (P.O.). Immediately responds to customer needs and complaints.
Participates in bidding for triple AAA contractors and submits bidding proposal to contractor. If the project is awarded already, submits necessary documents based on checklist of requirements such as Notice to Proceed, production and delivery schedule, proposed shop drawing with technical specifications.
Coordinates with the Business Development Director and the Plant Manager with regard to customer queries, concerns or complaints. Takes active involvement in the resolution of problems encountered by the customer in the entire sales process.
Collects check and cash payments from customers. For online payments made by customers, monitors deposit slips sent through email. Issues Provisional Receipt (P.R.) after payment is received and verified. Issues Collection Receipt (C.R.) afterwards. Upon request of customers, issues Sales Invoice (S.I.) and Delivery Receipt (D.R.) for countering purposes.
Graduate of Business Management or Marketing
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint Persuasive, must have good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
With at least 1 year of work related experience
Knowledgeable in Steel Products
Willing to work in Valenzuela.
