- Assist all Directors, Sales & Service in their daily transaction work.
- Replies & entertains to inquiries regarding Sales & Service related matters.
- Attends corporate, sales & services as needed & requested.
- Assist Sales & Service Department in conducting product orientation & presentation to clients regarding proper maintenance & operation of products.
- Assist in canvassing of pertinent cost from subcontractors/suppliers/relevant agencies with related to Sales & Services.
- Prepares and submits quotation.
- Follow-up with clients on the status of quotations submitted and the issuance of purchase orders, sales contract, notice to precede award.
- Sources and evaluates quotations from sub-contractors / suppliers and recommend approval of the best offer.
- Filling & Preparing all file of pertinent documents on a per project basis.
- Establishes and maintains effective relations with end-user/ clients, project consultants, project managers and sub-contractors/suppliers.
- BS Electrical, Mechanical, and Marketing Graduate
- Licensed Engineer is not required, but a plus
- With at least 3 years of experience
- Already have account
- Willing to Start ASAP
