Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads.
Present product offerings and negotiate contracts.

Position: Sales Manager

Salary: 45K-55K + Commission

Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday

Job type: Fulltime, Direct hire, Office Based and Urgent

College graduate of any 4-year Business or Marketing-related course
10 years in Sales Department, 5 years of which are managerial
Experience in business forms or food packaging industry preferred
Sales strategy, sales targets, and sales team management skills
Market research and business development skills
Customer relationship management and customer service skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
