Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, website, phone, and other online platforms.
Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and shipping.
Manage online platforms such as the company website, Facebook Page, Pickaroo, Grab, and others.
Process online orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Arrange delivery or dispatch of online orders through company delivery or third-party services (e.g., Lalamove).
Maintain a strong understanding of product offerings, promotions, and company policies.
Provide after-sales support to online customers and clients.
Monitor online inventory levels and coordinate with the Supply Chain team for timely order fulfillment.
Sales Team Support
Assist the sales and marketing team in developing and executing promotional campaigns to boost online sales.
Provide administrative support to the Sales Team for various sales and marketing activities.
Collaboration with Supply Chain
Work closely with the Supply Chain and production teams to ensure optimal inventory levels and timely delivery of products.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HRM, or a related field (preferred).
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field, preferably in e-commerce.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with a customer-service-oriented approach.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in computer skills, including online sales platforms and delivery applications (e.g., Lalamove, Grab).
Passion for food and a willingness to learn about seafood products and industry trends.
Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude and adaptability to evolving business needs.
Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
