Descrição:

  • Respond to customer inquiries on email and websites
  • Visit customers for contract/quotation submission, countering of invoices, collection, delivery of badges and pick up of badges as may deed necessary.
  • Assist Supervisor on preparation of quotation and contract.
  • Preparation of bidding documents in coordination with the Manager.
  • Follow up and monitor payments made by customers
  • Prepare IG Flow for unblocking purposes.
  • Coordinates all commercials sales with customer service for proper invoicing.
  • Performs administrative jobs such as documentation, generation of report and filing.
  • Assist customer service on coordination with the courier service (samples, documents, etc)
  • Performs any other related work which may be assigned by the immediate superior.


Requisito

  • college grad
  • with at least 2 years related work experience
  • can work as reliever for 6 months
  • can start immediately
