Descrição:

  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and document management.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales reports.
  • Coordinate sales activities and schedule meetings.
  • Handle inquiries and provide support to customers and sales personnel.
  • Prepare marketing materials and assist in campaign organization.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail; effective communication and interpersonal skills; proficient in both written and verbal communication.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist with sales documentation, maintain customer databases, and support the sales team in daily activities.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, typically Monday through Friday with standard working hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Proactive, organized, and a willingness to learn new skills.
