Descrição:

  • Assist sales team with administrative tasks and coordination.
  • Maintain and organize sales records and databases.
  • Communicate with clients and respond to inquiries promptly.
  • Prepare sales reports and presentations.
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars for the sales team.
  • Handle order processing and follow up on deliveries.


Requisito

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • With experience in Admin and Accounting or Bookkeeping in an office set-up
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft and Google Sheet (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Multi-tasker and Team Player
