Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree Holder

At least 6-7 years working experience in administrative, sales role and commercial operations.

At least 3-3 years of experience in supervisory or leading a team.

Experience working with ERP software system (QuickBooks, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, etc.)

Amenable to work as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the sales team to meet the profitability standards of the branch.

Handle customer inquiries and manage direct invoicing to the customers.

Prepare accurate monthly accounts receivable reports

Process Vendor accreditations form and monitoring customer’s credit applications.

Coordinate with the logistic department deliveries and processing the orders.
