Descrição:

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies, engage in customer relations, represent the company in events, monitor market trends, coordinate with the sales team, and deliver sales training.
  • Develop comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to enhance product visibility and drive sales within the heavy equipment industry.
  • Establish meaningful relationships with key clients for continuous business with Camec JCB's product offerings.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust tactics and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with the broader sales team to meet and surpass business goals, contributing to Camec JCB's position as a leader in heavy equipment manufacturing.
  • Lead digital marketing campaigns, optimize online presence and manage brand reputation consistently with industry excellence.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Candidates must possess a minimum of a Diploma degree from an accredited institution.
  • Experience Level: No previous experience required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in public speaking, strong negotiation skills, sales support, sales training, sales management, adept at social media, fluency in the English language, knowledge of the health industry, and service delivery management.
  • Working Conditions: This position may require travel and attendance at networking events. Flexibility for occasional overtime to meet project deadlines or during promotional campaigns is expected.
  • Qualities and Traits: The ideal candidate should be energetic, persuasive, highly motivated, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
