Descrição:

1. Build Brand Awareness / Grow Market Share of Assigned Brand

  • Conduct semi-annual surveys with the target market through a 3rd party survey company (Tangere).
  • Develop a marketing plan:
  • Create a SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound) marketing plan based on brand market and consumer insight.
  • Ensure each campaign is cost-efficient and generates a good ROI.
  • Execute marketing campaigns:
  • Coordinate with the creative team for the development of campaign materials (digital and print).
  • Work with the marketing coordinator for production.
  • Coordinate with trade sales marketing for allocation and distribution of campaign materials.
  • Monitor campaign implementation with trade sales marketing.
  • Ensure product placement per area:
  • Coordinate and plan with trade sales marketing to saturate and place products in all existing stores within the area.
  • Strategically place product assortment per channel:
  • Coordinate and plan with trade marketing on products to be strategically included inside stores.
  • Coordinate and plan with trade marketing regarding campaign materials to be placed inside stores.
  • Assess and coordinate with trade marketing on stock levels and availability of campaign materials inside stores.

2. New Product Development

  • Observe market trends and consumer needs in the assigned product category to validate product concepts and technology trends.
  • Conduct product and consumer insights to measure market acceptance of new products.
  • Upon product approval, coordinate with R&D for development and Technical Marketing for product testing.
  • Coordinate with concerned departments (MKT, PRD, PPIC, TM, R&D, and PUR) for label and packaging design before production.
  • Collate results and ensure outcomes meet expectations for CEO approval.
  • Coordinate with Technical Marketing for external test validation before mass production.
  • Prepare a marketing plan for the new product before launch.

3. Achieve Sales Targets

  • Monitor monthly sales per BU, brand, and district.
  • Work closely with the sales team and trade marketing to achieve target sales based on monthly performance.

4. Compliance of Reports

  • Submit sales, product, BU, and district reports with analysis.


Requisito

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a commercial or corporate setting.
  • Experience in campaign management, brand management, or business development is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools, analytics, and platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized, creative, and results-driven.
