Descrição:

  1. Proper filing of documents
  2. Addressing client inquiries (online and phone)
  3. Real estate documentation (i.e. Sale processing)
  4. Coordination of viewing schedules
  5. Assistance in viewing
  6. Listing management (Website, Internal Tracking)
  7. Proper management & tracking of buyer/seller Funds
  8. Matching of listings
  9. Engaging with clients and co-brokers during viewings
  10. Lead generation (online marketing etc.)

Requisito

  1. Can communicate ideas well
  2. Results-driven and goal-oriented
  3. Have positive outlook 
  4. Comfortable communicating with voice and chat 
  5. Reporting to Makati and Quezon City
  6. Candidate must be a graduate of business or marketing- related degree
  7. Previous work experience handling documentation
  8. Experience in Digital Marketing and Sales is an advantage
