Job Responsibilities:

  • Upselling and cross-selling the company’s health services and solutions to existing clients
  • Generates revenue for the Company
  • New accounts acquisition: Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through prospecting and networking.
  • Identify competitors’ activity and develop sales strategies, plans, and programs.
  • Assists marketing in identifying market trends and proactively adjusts sales strategies and plans of action.
  • Conduct service presentations to the clients showcasing the features and benefits of our health care services and solutions.
  • Collaborate to develop and implement effective sales and marketing campaigns and materials.
  • Handles end-to-end client contract facilitation
  • Facilitates contract signing for new accounts and endorse/connects the client to Marketing/ Accounts for succeeding transactions
  • Maintains business relationships with customers in order to achieve total customer satisfaction
  • Prepares a sales monthly report as required


Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience in the healthcare or health insurance industry, particularly with HMOs.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tools (e.g., social media, SEO, marketing analytics).
  • Familiarity with the operations of national health insurance schemes or local healthcare regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
