Sales – Promote and sell travel products such as holiday packages, flight tickets, hotel bookings and tours. Develop and maintain relationships with individual clients, corporate clients, schools and institutions. Attend travel trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to generate leads. Prepare customized travel itineraries and proposals based on need and preferences. Negotiate with clients and close deal efficiently. Maintain a client database and follow up for repeat business.
Marketing – Design and execute marketing campaigns to attract tourist and travelers (online and offline). Manage digital marketing channels – social media, email marketing, and SEO. Distribute promotional materials like brochures, posters, and online ads.
Research and Analysis – Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to keep offers competitive. Collect feedback from customer to improve services and marketing tactics.
Customer Service and Support – Act as liaison between the company and customers to handle queries, complaints and bookings. Ensure customer satisfaction before, during, and after the travel experience. Provide travel advice, visa support, insurance information and other related services.
Reporting and Administration – Prepare weekly or monthly sales and marketing reports for managements review. Maintain organized records of bookings, client’s communications, and financial transactions. Support budgeting and forecasting for sales and marketing efforts.
