Descrição:

The Sales and Marketing Supervisor is responsible for driving the sales performance and brand visibility of Bravefoods Global Concepts Holdings. This role will supervise day-to-day sales operations, implement marketing strategies, and ensure that sales targets are met. The Supervisor will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging, customer engagement, and market growth.


Sales Supervision:

  • Supervise and lead the sales team to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing training, guidance, and feedback as needed.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to drive new business and manage existing accounts.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, pricing, and opportunities.
  • Oversee the preparation of regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to management.


Marketing Implementation:

  • Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns and promotions aligned with company goals.
  • Supervise marketing materials, digital content, and social media posts to ensure brand consistency.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers, agencies, or internal teams for campaign execution.
  • Support events, activations, and sponsorship opportunities to enhance brand awareness.
  • Monitor effectiveness of marketing strategies and recommend improvements.


Customer Relationship Management:

  • Foster strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Gather customer feedback and collaborate with product and operations teams to improve offerings.


Administrative and Strategic Duties:

  • Monitor and manage the marketing and sales budget.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and business development initiatives.
  • Ensure proper documentation of sales and marketing activities and maintain an organized database of leads, contacts, and deals.

Working Conditions:

  • Willingness to travel as required for fieldwork, events, or client meetings.
  • May require weekend or extended hours during campaigns or peak business periods.

Requisito

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in the food and beverage, hospitality, or retail industries.
  • Proven experience in supervising or leading a sales or marketing team.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and brand positioning.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with marketing software and CRM tools.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Creativity, adaptability, and a results-driven mindset.
