Descrição:

  • Assist customers in product selection and purchases.
  • Maintain the sales floor by organizing merchandise and ensuring displays are attractive.
  • Process transactions accurately using POS systems.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
  • Participate in inventory management and stocking tasks.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, organizational and coordination abilities, and good interpersonal skills.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, may require some travel for client meetings.
  • Qualities and Traits: Friendly, proactive, adaptable, and ready to learn quickly.
