  • Job Summary
  • Power Mac Center is looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented
  • Sales Assistant to join our team! The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting Apple products and accessories, provide excellent service, and contribute to achieving sales targets.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in finding the right Apple products and accessories based on their needs.
  • Demonstrate product features and provide accurate information on specifications and benefits.
  • Ensure excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns professionally.
  • Process transactions, including cash, credit card, and installment payments.
  • Maintain product displays, store cleanliness, and inventory organization.
  • Support promotional activities and sales campaigns.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall store success.

Requisito

  • K12 graduate, college level, and college graduate (taking up any Computer or IT-related courses is a plus).
  • Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred.
  • Passionate about Apple products and technology.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
  • Team player with a proactive and sales-driven mindset.
