The Sales Assistant provides support to the sales team by assisting customers, processing transactions, maintaining store displays, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate of Marketing, Business, or related course
• Experience in selling gadgets or electronics is a plus.
• Knowledgeable in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Can work with a team or independently.
• Good communication and people skills.
• Confident and persuasive in selling.
• Willing to do fieldwork.

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer calls and assist customers.
• Handle client inquiries and concerns.
• Promote and sell company products.
• Upsell products to clients.
• Take and process reservations.
• Prepare credit memos and sales forms.
• Handle sales returns, cancellations, and pullouts.
• Assist in company events and client activities.
• Photocopy, scan, and print documents.
• Issue gate passes for items.
• Process and monitor consignments.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the superior
