Role Overview

Whitestone is looking for a polished, driven, and empathetic Customer Success & Sales Assistant to join our team. This is a multifaceted role where you will manage the guest journey from initial inquiry to final booking. You will be the voice of the resort—handling chats, emails, and bookings with charm and precision.


Key Responsibilities

  • Inquiry Management: Professionally handle guest inquiries via email, chat apps, and phone with a focus on conversion and high-quality service.
  • Booking & Sales: Manage the end-to-end booking process using our CRM and reservation tools.
  • Guest Success: Act as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring their needs are met with empathy and professionalism.
  • Conflict Resolution: Calmly and effectively handle guest concerns or irate customers, maintaining the resort’s high standards of hospitality.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records in Microsoft tools and ensure no detail is missed in guest itineraries.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Communication: Native-level fluency in both English and Tagalog (written and verbal). A clear, well-written communication style is a must.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a customer-facing role (Hospitality, Sales, VA, or Reservations).
  • Technical Skills: Tech-comfortable with CRMs, booking platforms, and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Work Ethic: A self-starter who is a fast learner and shows high levels of discipline regarding shifts and deadlines.
  • Presence: A professional, presentable, and confident demeanor with the "charm" necessary for a high-end resort environment.


Working Conditions

  • Hybrid Setup: Ability to report on-site 1–2 times a week as required.
  • Performance-Driven: Comfortable working within a commission-based role.
  • Shift Reliability: Must be highly reliable and punctual for all scheduled shifts.
