Descrição:

  • Marketing & Prospecting: Engage in ongoing local marketing, and identify potential and existing clients.
  • Client Consultations: Conduct aesthetic assessments, consultations, and set goals tailored to client needs.
  • Risk & Service Assessment: Evaluate risk factors and recommend appropriate services.
  • Sales & Revenue: Meet sales targets and handle collections as set by management.
  • Client Onboarding: Guide clients through orientation, initial scheduling, and medical exams.
  • Documentation & Records: Maintain all necessary client and service-related documentation.
  • After-Sales Support: Provide personalized follow-up (e.g., thank-you and birthday cards).
  • Collaboration: Work with clinical teams for service delivery.
  • Client Monitoring: Track and report on client progress and outcomes.
  • Miscellaneous Tasks: Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requisito

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Nursing, Aesthetics, or related field (preferred)
  • Certification or training in aesthetics or skincare (advantageous but not required)
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the beauty, aesthetics, dermatology, or wellness industry
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and client acquisition
  • Experience with consultative selling and client relationship management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Good knowledge of skincare, beauty treatments, and aesthetic procedures
  • Ability to understand and explain clinical/aesthetic procedures to clients clearly and confidently
  • Customer service-focused with a warm and professional demeanor
  • Highly motivated, goal-driven, and confident
  • Presentable and well-groomed at all times
  • Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving
  • Trustworthy and capable of handling sensitive client information confidentially
