Descrição:

Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calling: Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective or current customers.
  • Product/Service Promotion: Provide detailed information about products and services, explaining features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Sales Conversion: Persuade potential customers to buy a product or service, meet sales targets, and close deals.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain a positive relationship with customers, answer questions, and address any concerns they may have.
  • Lead Generation: Qualify leads and gather information for sales teams, where appropriate.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including call notes and details of sales or follow-up requirements.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with interested leads or clients.
  • Handling Rejection: Stay positive and professional even when facing objections or rejections from potential customers.
  • After Sales Technical Support: Troubleshoot and address customer concerns on technical issues.

Requisito

Requirements and Skills:

  • Education and Industry Knowledge: A bachelor's degree and preferably at least 2 years experience in sales or marketing in retail industry preferably in light and heavy equipment parts.
  • Communication and Relationship Building: Strong communication skills, ability to maintain client relationships, and understand their needs.
  • Customer Service and Problem-Solving: Excellent customer service, issue resolution, and creative problem-solving.
  • Organization and Sales Skills: Organizational ability to manage multiple clients and sales skills for upselling.
  • Analytical Skills and Computer Proficiency: Analyze data, trends, and use relevant software effectively.
  • Time Management and Adaptability: Efficiently manage time and adapt to changes in client needs and industry.
  • Conflict Resolution and Teamwork: Skill in conflict resolution and collaboration with colleagues.
  • Ethical Standards: Maintain high ethical standards and integrity to build trust with clients.
  • Technical Skills on Heavy Machinery: Be able to sell and troubleshoot.
