Comply with all requirements (new requirements and renewal of existing requirements) required by the Technical Services team/department. These requirements include:

A. Health Requirements

B. Safety Passes

C. SHE Badges

D. Training/Seminars needed

E. Certifications (for High-Risk Projects)

F. Orientations (including scheduling with Client or End-User)

G. Other project-related requirements

Monitoring of Technical Staff Attendance

Initiate requests for project needs, such as:

A. Meal Allowances

B. Project Supplies

C. House Rental (including payment of related bills)

D. Gas Allowance

E. Payment for Training/Seminars/Health-related Tests

Monitoring of payments completion

Carry out liquidations and reimbursements of funds used within the Departments

Handle revolving funds

Carry out services-related communications or any services-related coordination required by the Technical Services Department Head/Supervisor

Act as substitute/assistant to the Technical Services Coordinator whenever needed (in scheduling and coordination tasks), especially during peak seasons/day off/leave

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or any four-year course
• Previous administrative experience preferred
• Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel                      
• The ability to work well under deadlines and multitask
