Descrição:

  • Provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the sales team by coordinating client presentations, seller activities, logistics, and training.
  • Ensures timely preparation and distribution of sales materials, maintains accurate seller accreditation records, and facilitates interdepartmental coordination for sales documentation and commission follow-ups. Regularly prepares reports for management and assists in executing sales programs and events to support business development efforts.

Requisito

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Skilled in preparing presentations, reports, and sales documentation.
  • Ability to interact professionally with sales teams, clients, and cross-functional departments.
  • Flexibility to assist with sales events or training outside of regular hours if needed.
