We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure the smooth operation of daily sales activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, coordinating sales processes, supporting Sales Manager with maintaining client relationships, and supporting the sales team to help achieve sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team and sales management.
  • Process sales orders, prepare quotations, and maintain accurate records of sales transactions.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients regarding orders, deliveries, and general inquiries. Coordinate between sales, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics and assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations.
  • Maintain and update customer databases.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and follow-ups for the sales team.
  • Assist with the preparation and coordination of sales events, exhibitions, and promotions.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence related to sales support.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree of any course
  • At least one (1) year of relevant experience preferably in FMCG or supermarket industries
  • Excellent communication, sales, reporting and negotiation skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, SpreadSheet and PowerPoint
  • Must be aggressive, goal-driven and has advanced problem resolution skills.
  • Comfortable with working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be an individual and a team-player at the same time
  • Must be willing to work full-time onsite in Ermita, Manila.
