Role Description

The Sales Director will be responsible in achieving the sales target by spearheading highly impactful sales activities and developing exceptional sales strategies for the team while ensuring a positive relationship within the team and their clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership roles in real estate
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• In-depth knowledge about investing with emphasis on Philippines' real estate market
• At least 3 Sales Managers before on boarding
