• Review customer tender specifications, applications requirements to offer suitable lighting control, switches, hvac communication protocol gateway products.
• Provide technical support to partners, integrators, consultant and end customers.
• Prepare quotations within our product portfolio to offer a solution if required.
• Attend to customer meeting as required, including on-site demonstration to close the deals.
• Attend to new product webinar or training to keep up new product update.
• Able to work efficiently and independently to achieve KPI target set by company objectives.
• Help to build close relations with customers and suppliers at all time.

• Have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in electronics or mechatronics and at least 2 years’ sales experience in a customer-oriented environment.
• With at least 2 years relevant work experience in the design and estimate of Controls Building automation & Electrical works.
• Strong knowledge on communication protocol such as, ASCII, DALI, M-Bus, BACnet, TCP/IP, Modbus RTU, IOT, Wifi.
• Verify and analyse problems in order to provide a correct solution.
• Professional communication with client during the installation process providing status of the job, schedule changes, and delays.
• Ensures assigned installations are completed on-time. Maintains and submits accurate paperwork and documentation.
