Descrição:

To join our team and market our services, which include solar installation, customized solar solutions, maintenance and repair, and net-metering services in the Philippines, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer. Your main duty as a Sales Engineer will be to increase sales by persuading potential customers of the worth and advantages of our services. In order to guarantee client satisfaction, you will also be in charge of delivering after sales monitoring and follow-up services.



Sales and Business Development

  • Identify and seek out new company prospects through networking, prospecting, and market research
  • Create sales strategies to meet goals and expand the number of people using our products and services.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions to showcase our services, products and its benefits.
  • Collaborate with sales team to ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and achievement of sales objectives
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitors' offerings, and customer needs to effectively position our products and services in the market


Fieldwork and Reporting

  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Work primarily in the field, visiting potential customers, and conducting site visits (ocular)

Requisito

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or any related field
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical information to both technical and non-technical clients
  • Results driven mindset and customer centric approach
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Previous experience in selling
  • Experience in sales, preferably with focus on solar installation/services
  • Can drive car
