Descrição:

  • Responsible for expanding our customer base by opening new accounts and developing existing ones
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions tailored to the needs of each customer.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and best practices to provide informed recommendations to customers.


Requisito

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and build lasting relationships
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills to handle customer inquiries and close sales
  • Willing to do field work and familiar with the Southern Mindanao Region
  • Willing to be assigned anywhere in Mindanao if needed.
  • With a Professional Driver's License
