- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to provide technical expertise during the sales process.
- Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and technical documentation.
- Provide ongoing support to customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction.
- Educational Qualifications: Education not required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in sales or engineering.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in sales support, negotiation, creative problem-solving, relationship building, cold calling, sourcing, lead generation, and presentations. Strong interpersonal and analytical skills are essential.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional client visits; may involve travel.
- Qualities and Traits: Results-oriented, adaptable, communicative, and proactive in solving client challenges.
