• Promote and lease available properties to prospective tenants.
• Conduct site visits and property tours, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Respond to leasing inquiries, prepare proposals, and negotiate lease terms.
• Maintain up-to-date records of all leasing activities, agreements, and client interactions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and agents.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely lease processing and unit turnover.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activity to support leasing strategies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in leasing, sales, or real estate (preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-driven, proactive, and customer-focused.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
• Willing to travel and conduct fieldwork as needed.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
