Descrição:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients
- Drive the sales team to meet and exceed targets
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Coordinate with marketing team to create effective sales campaigns
- Provide training and guidance to sales team members
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activities
- Travel to meet with clients and attend industry events as required
Requisito
- Education: Bachelor degree or higher
- Experience: 3-5 years of sales experience in industrial or material handling equipment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Good leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to travel as required
