Descrição:
- Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Analyze market trends and adjust sales tactics accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Track sales performance metrics and report to senior management.
- Conduct training sessions for sales staff.
- Manage sales budgets and allocate resources effectively.
- Develop sales strategies, manage sales team, analyze market trends, and achieve targets.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a managerial role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills;
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional travel for client meetings
- Qualities and Traits: Results-driven, motivated, persuasive, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
