  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets.
  • Develop sales strategies and forecasts.
  • Build and maintain client relationships.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
  • Train and mentor sales staff.
  • Prepare regular performance reports for management.
  • Utilize CRM software to track sales progress.
  • Manage client relationships, generate leads, present sales proposals, negotiate deals, and oversee sales activities.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in sales.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, excellent customer relationship management, strong communication, lead generation, presentation, negotiation, sales management, and relationship building.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional travel for client meetings.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, goal-oriented, adaptable, and a team player.
